Installation des Kabeltools über die Erzeugung einer Verknüpfung im %INSTALL_DIR% der setenv.bat. Das Verknüpfungsziel dort (getexdraw.bat mit zugehörigem Icon) wird vorher mit dem absoluten Pfad zur setenv.bat beschrieben.
