[FIX] test_system.json: Kreisel beruehren sich exakt

- x-Werte der Kreisel 2-9 auf exakte Beruehrung korrigiert (Kreisel 1 fest,
  Abweichung in der Zeichnung bis 5.5 mm); alle 8 Weichenpaare beruehren sich
- Separatoren und BTMT-Beladung mit ihrem Kreisel verschoben
- Hinweis im Testkopf: erneuter Lauf von dxf_anlage_export.py macht die
  Korrektur rueckgaengig
